Two new fields in exclusions — From Summer 2020

From the Summer 2020 release of SIMS and in order to meet new DfE census requirements for 2021, the release will include 2 additional reasons for exclusions fields. These will be available in the reporting engine and via SIMS internal API calls. The existing field has been become reason #1. Reasons #2 and #3 are optional.

TI's using the reason for exclusion field 1 may lose data unless they amend their data exchanges to incorporate the additional fields.
